If you have Bill of Quantities configured and use them for budgeting work activities, these preset searches may prove useful for reporting on associated costs:
Bill of Quantity - Additional Service No. Report
• If Bill of Quantity and Additional Service Numbers have been used for budgeting, this useful tool allows you to group tasks and report on the total cost of a particular service number.
• Select the required asset categories, add any additional filtering requires and click either Generate Report or Pivot Report to print or export the results.
Bill of Quantity - Work Activity Report
• This preset search allows users to report on the total cost per work activity for all Bill of Quantity items.
• Select the required asset categories, add any additional filtering requires and click either Generate Report or Pivot Report to print or export the results.
